Payment Methods: Depending on your location, there are different payment methods available. You can pick your preferred method upon checkout.

Upon Delivery:  Any damage of the items, due to customs check upon arrival is not responsibility of the seller. If you get your item damaged, you need to claim it on the spot or once in your hands you bear all the consequences of what might have happened if some customs officer opened it. Please, Do not accept packages that are obviously damaged or abused in any way!

Delivery times: Delivery period is 22-25 business days. Longer delivery time during December holiday season. Postal offices are overbooked and it might take longer for your item to appear. Usually the items are being delivered within 14-20 business days, but during Christmas time and Summer Holidays it might take longer. All Holidays like Easter, Bank Holidays and specific country holidays might cause several days of delays.

Returns: Returns are accepted. You can return your item within 14 days after it gets delivered. In order to receive a refund, please be sure to have the item sent back in its original packing and without any damages. After receiving the item and checking its condition, assuring everything is as described above, the full refund will be made, minus the shipping quote. Exchanges for other items are not possible. If the item is returned and arrives damaged, not in its original packing or failing to comply with any of the conditions described above, no refund will be made.
